REVIEW: HBBS. Pullups. KB swings.
S: HBBS. WU to 65%. 8-8-8-8. Rest as needed.
C: Perform the following in as few rounds as possible.
Strict Pullups 53 reps/35 reps
100 KB swings 53#/35#
Rest as needed. Record the number of rounds it took you to complete this to the board.
*You make break up the reps any way you wish.
**As soon as you come off the pullup bar or rings, you must move to the KB swing.
***As soon as you put the KB down, your next reps must be on the pullup bar after you take the appropriate rest period.
****One set of pullups + one set of kb swings = 1 round
THE GOAL IS TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT IN AS FEW ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE.
Hint: Appropriate rest periods help tremendously.
LIII: Strict pullups 35 reps/20 reps
LII: B/A strict pullups 44 reps/25 reps. 44/25 on the KB swings.
LI: Strict ring rows as far under the rings as possible. Weight of choice on the KB swings. Russian swings okay.
PWOD MOB: Roll out t-spine and hamstrings. Lax ball in C/S/B/G/Forearms.
Advanced: Strict C2B pullups.
