So the Draft has gone down.
Your Team is set.
It’s time to cover this thing in Awesomesauce and feast on Amazingness.

If you have not been emailed by your Team Captain yet, you probably will be.
If you are not sure who’s Team you’re on, leave a note at the front desk.
(If you’re a Team Captain and don’t have an email roster, leave a note at the front desk.)

THE CTF INTRAMURAL OPEN BEGINS AT 10AM AND LASTS TIL 1PM EVERY SATURDAY THROUGH MARCH.

The gym will be open at 8:30am for Open Gym.
ALL REGULAR CLASSES ON SATURDAY WILL BE CANCELED THROUGH MARCH.

The Fittest Crowd on Earth… oh boy, meowwww…

HEATS:

Heats will go off on a first come, first served basis.
Teams will be intermixed as much as possible to ensure happy competition.

POINTS:
Sara Thacker will be our Points Wizard.
She will be handling the recording of all points to our CTF Intramural Open Spreadsheet.
This spreadsheet will be made available to you weekly once scores are tabulated.
Please thank Sara when you see her, she deserves it.

Those athletes doing The Open as Rx’d will also be able to follow their worldwide scores online at The Games Official website.

+1 Point – Attendance: every member of a team that completes an Open workout at CTF each week earns one point. Maximum one point per athlete per weekly workout. If you cannot attend on Saturday, schedule an alternate time with a coach.

+1 Point – Top 3: every male AND female member who places among the Top 3 at CTF for each workout gets an extra point for their team. There will be a Top 3 each week for RX’d, Scaled and Beginner Divisions.

+5 Points (team) – Spirit: The team with the most noise, pride, and PRESENCE each week will receive 5 bonus points. Get as crazy as you want.

+5 Points (bonus) – Athlete of the Day. This will be awarded to the CTF athlete who represents the most grit, determination, joy, sportsmanship, technique and inspirational performance on competition day.

FOOD & DRINK:

Feel free to bring coolers, drinks, snacks, chairs, kids, family and friends, whatever to ensure your awesomeness.

PARKING:
Carpool might be a good idea.
Parking will be limited.

PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE FIRST ROW OF PARKING SPACES IN FRONT OF THE PLAZA’S SIDEWALK.

We need to be good neighbors and let people run their businesses while we crush this thing.

Look for overflow parking wherever you can find it.
(For instance: Park in Wexford Plaza and walk across the street.)

And, finally, the most important rule you will ever read.

EVER.

IN HISTORY.

HAVE FUN!!!!
