Week 1 of the CTF Intramural Open is in the books and it WAS EPIC.
The expectations were exceeded, and The Day more than lived up to the hype!

Week 2 will be even more incredible as we work out the kinks: such as faulty intro music, questionable fog machine usage and one up antes on the Team Spirit side!

A couple of things we learned this week that will make your life easier during the Intramural Open:

1. If you cannot make Saturdays, coaches will set Judging Hours on Fridays and Mondays.
CTF will update those hours on Thursday’s blog post.

OR, you can JUDGE EACH OTHER AT ANY OPEN GYM TIME ON FRIDAY OR MONDAY… even the half hour open gyms between classes. That’s right! Pick a buddy, teammate, fellow CTF Army enthusiast and let THEM judge YOU!

Just be sure you turn in your scores to the proper place behind the desk in order to get them recorded accurately.

2. For those of you doing RX’d that want to “re-do” your workout…

If you are doing RX’d and re-doing your workouts for The Worldwide CrossFit Leaderboard, the re-do(s) will not count toward the CTF Intramural Open. If we allowed the Intramural scoring to change then everybody (Scaled and Beginner) should have the opportunity to re-do them and this is just not possible. Your first judged workout’s time or rep count will stand for the CTF Intramural Open. Good luck!
