8:30AM: GROUP CLASS (We will be doing our Wendler Cycle deadlifts in Saturday’s group class.)
10:30AM: GYM CLOSED FOR THE DAY
MOB: Shoulders. Rack Position. Hips. Hamstrings. Ankles.
