Fire Endurance. “For the Forrest Gump in you!” Just feel like running? Or biking? Or swimming? Or doing all 3? This is the program for those of you who can’t sit still. CTF: Home of CrossFit Hilton Head is also home to the first CrossFit Endurance program in South Carolina. Head Coach and Ironman Jeff “JFord” Ford is a member of the CrossFit Endurance HQ seminar staff, USAT certified and creator of the Fire method of Endurance Training. Coach JFord travels the country teaching everyone from CrossFit greats like Rich Froning and Graham Holmberg to Soccer Mom’s and teens at CFE seminars and trainer certifications but the Fire Method can only be found at CTF! CTF’s Endurance Team, “Live with Conviction, Train with Fire” continually sees tremendous success at local and international endurance events. CTF’s Fire Endurance program will improve your run, row, swim & bike times while logging a lot LESS mileage and improving your overall strength, health, fitness and fastness!

CTF Olympic Weightlifting The USA Weightlifting registered Hilton Head Island Barbell Club is affectionately referred to as the “Lift Heavy S*** Fast” Club. Learn how to move heavy barbells with speed, power, strength and grace. CTF-Oly focuses solely on the steady development of Olympic lifts: the snatch and the clean and jerk.
CAUTION: There will be sweat, grunting, loud music, enlightenment and the moving of heavy objects quickly.

CTF Remote Coaching The “anywhere you are” program.
This is the perfect program for our part time HHI residents who want quality CTF Coaching year round, those who travel for work but don’t want their training to suffer, former CTF members who’ve had to relocate and those of you who simply live elsewhere but know our fitness experts are the key to meeting your training goals. Through the CTF Remote Coaching Program, Coach Craig sent a relocated former member to the 2012 CrossFit Regionals Competition and Coach JFord is constantly seeing clients, around the US and internationally, qualify for and PR at races and endurance events. Where this program takes you all depends on where you want to go!
