This is the perfect program for our part time HHI residents who want quality CFHH Coaching year round, those who travel for work but don’t want their training to suffer, former CFHH members who’ve had to relocate and those of you who simply live elsewhere but know our experienced coaches are the key to meeting your training goals. Through the CFHH Remote Coaching Program, Coach Craig helped a relocated former CFHH member get to the 2012 CrossFit Regionals Competition. Where this program takes you all depends on where you want to go!
