CrossFit Hilton Head’s BootCamp is the most comprehensive CrossFit introductory program on the market today led by the most highly educated and experienced CrossFit trainers in the area.
CFHH BootCamp is a safe, fun and challenging 6 week introduction to CrossFit.
Ease into your new fitness routine with focus on movement, technique and mobility. Gain strength, confidence and stamina. Learn about our philosophy, nutrition and recovery.
Each class is an hour long, absolutely packed with information and culminates in a quick but challenging workout.
Learn a lot about CrossFit, even more about yourself, get your butt kicked, sweat with friends, high five and leave on cloud nine!
Schedule is: 7am Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning November 7th and ending December 19th.
NOTE: There will be no class on Thanksgiving Thursday 11/28.
