“Less Miles, More CrossFit”

CrossFit Hilton Head is home to one of the best CrossFit Endurance programs in the world.

CFHH’s CrossFit Endurance Program focuses on strength and technique, speed and stamina are the lucky byproducts. CFHH Endurance is outstanding training for all runners and triathletes. The program is led by Ironman and Coach Jeff “JFord” Ford. Coach Jeff is a member of the CrossFit Endurance HQ Seminar Staff and travels around the country teaching CrossFit Endurance Trainer Certifications. He has coached Rich Froning, Dan Bailey and Graham Holmberg on the intricacies of running mechanics as well as athletes who haven’t run in years.

A tremendous accomplished athlete as well as an expert coach, Jeff has experienced the benefits of CFHH Endurance training and now shares them with you. Sign up for a CFHH Endurance Group! You’ll be amazed at the goals you can accomplish while training with “less miles and more CrossFit!”

Led by Coach Jeff Ford and Team Captain Lynn Nyugen, Less Miles, More CrossFit races with great success at national endurance events including marathons, ultra-marathons and triathlons.
