CrossFit Hilton Head will be hosting our very own Garage Games event “The I CAN Games”, Saturday June 16, 2012, on the beach and in our local park. The Garage Games is a series of CrossFit competitions hosted by local CrossFit Affiliates, partnered with The Garage Games in all regions of the country. This video is from Garage Games One, the event that started it all. CrossFit Hilton Head Headed up to Woodstock Georgia and left it all on the field of battle, a very cold field mind you. So if you’re interested in seeing what local CrossFit competition is all about watch this short flick and come on down to sunny Hilton Head Island, South Carolina on June 16, 2012. I promise you it will be a lot warmer than this. PS yes, that is snow that you see.
